I've been looking for a way to use my 'generic' CD-R King-branded WiFi dongle as a substitute for an official Samsung USB WiFi dongle. Just discovered that there's the possibility that it just might work. Instructions are on this link: http://www.arjunprabhu.com/blog/archives/2011/10/19/non-samsung-usb-wlan-wireless-adapters-on-samsung-tv-how-to/
I checked using the AIDA64 program, and it's confirmed that the CD-R King dongle uses a Ralink chipset. Now the only problem I'd have to contend with is whether or not the chipset in my WiFi dongle has an RT2870 chipset in it - which is the chipset that is used on my Samsung LA32D550 TV.
