Messed up my security permissions on my C: drive... found this:

Doesn't work as expected, perhaps because I reset the system drive after having been carried away trying to secure my files from deletion, afterwhich they were unviewable, AFTERWHICH I tried to reset the permissions, which is why I end up where I am now... more to come...
